Who it fits

Key specs explained for this unit

18.5 inch Capacitive Touch Screen

This large display uses capacitive technology for responsive touch control. You can navigate menus and select songs directly without a mouse. The size allows for clear visibility of lyrics and interface elements. This setup simplifies operation compared to button-heavy older systems, making it easier for users of all ages to interact with the device smoothly.

Wi-Fi Connectivity

Wireless internet access enables the system to reach the cloud library. You can download new songs without physical media. This feature keeps the music collection current through regular updates. It offers convenience over USB-only models, allowing you to access a vast library remotely. Ensure your network is stable for smooth streaming and downloading processes.

650K Cloud Songs

The system provides access to a massive library of half a million tracks via the cloud. You get free updates every two weeks. This volume ensures you always have new material to sing. It removes the need to purchase individual songs or manage local storage. Compare this to local storage limits in other karaoke machines for long-term value.

Included Wireless Microphone

One wireless microphone is included for immediate vocal use. You do not need to buy separate audio input devices to start singing. The wireless nature allows you to move freely while performing. Check if additional mics are sold separately if you plan to host duets. This inclusion reduces initial setup complexity and accessory costs.

RCA or AUX Interface

The unit requires connection to external speakers via RCA or AUX cables. It does not have built-in speakers. You must provide your own audio output system. This design allows you to use high-quality external speakers for better sound. Ensure your existing speakers have the correct input ports to match this connectivity requirement for proper audio output.

Design and build specs

According to the listing, the Inandon KD9MAX measures 17.5 inches wide, 11 inches deep, and 7.1 inches high. The unit is available in black or white finishes. These dimensions suggest a compact footprint suitable for tabletop use or placement on a media console. The depth of 11 inches keeps the device from protruding too far into a room, while the height allows for comfortable viewing angles without requiring a stand.

The screen is an 18.5-inch capacitive touch display. Capacitive technology responds to finger touches, offering a direct interface for navigating menus and selecting songs. You do not need a mouse or external controller to operate the basic functions. This layout simplifies the user experience, especially for guests who may not be familiar with the system. The touchscreen replaces physical buttons, reducing clutter on the front panel.

The device is plug-in electric and connects via Wi-Fi. It includes one wireless microphone in the box. The system does not have built-in speakers, so you must connect it to external audio equipment. You can use RCA (red and white) or AUX interfaces for this connection. This design choice keeps the unit lightweight and focused on processing and display. You are responsible for providing the sound output, which allows you to match the audio quality to your existing setup.

Setup And Everyday Use Guide

Setting up this karaoke system requires a few specific connections to ensure proper functionality. The unit is a plug-in electric device, so you will need access to a standard power outlet. The most critical step involves audio output. The listing specifies that the karaoke machine must connect to an external speaker. You can use either RCA cables, identified by the red and white interfaces, or an AUX cable. The system itself does not include built-in speakers, so you must provide your own audio source to hear the music and vocals clearly.

Once connected to power and speakers, you can link the device to your home network via Wi-Fi. This wireless connection is essential for accessing the cloud library. The system offers 650,000 songs available for free download through this cloud service. The cloud library updates every two weeks, keeping the song list fresh. You also have the option to load songs manually via a USB disk if preferred.

For daily use, the 18.5-inch capacitive touchscreen provides the primary interface. You navigate menus and select tracks directly with your finger. The unit comes with one wireless microphone, which is included for immediate use. This setup allows you to start singing quickly without pairing additional hardware. The combination of cloud connectivity and local storage options gives you flexibility in how you manage your music library.

Before you buy this karaoke unit

You should verify your audio setup before ordering. This system does not include built-in speakers. You must connect it to external speakers using RCA or AUX cables. Ensure your speakers support these inputs. The unit relies on Wi-Fi for its cloud library. You need a stable internet connection to access the 650,000 songs. Updates arrive every two weeks. You can also load songs via a USB drive. Keep the touchscreen clean with a soft cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals. This device is designed for home entertainment, not professional DJ mixing. It fits into a living room or party space. It does not replace a DJ controller. Check your available space. The unit measures 17.5 inches wide. It sits on a table or stand.
